We need 40+ volunteers to work at this Agility Trial!!!

Please volunteer to spend a 1/2 day watching dogs do agility.  Duties include resetting a knocked bar, straightening the chute on the tunnel, moving the leash from the start line to the end line or taking score sheets to the office.  Volunteers loved helping at this event in the past and most had no prior training!   If you are interested, send an email to info@rescuegoldens.org and put “Attention Ann” in the subject line.

Wine and Olive Oil Tasting

The price of admission includes a wine tasting of five delicious and unique wines along with sampling a variety of gourmet cheeses and sausages.  We will also taste a selection of premium, fresh, & flavorful olive oils perfectly paired with our wines and learn more about the world of Olive oil compliments of Olivada, Olive Oil Tasting Room & Gourmet Boutique.  A tasting for 16 people will be auctioned off to the highest bidder!

Just in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Volunteers will be bathing dogs and part of the proceeds will benefit DFWMGRR. The more dogs we wash, the more we benefit the Golden’s. You will get a Full Service Bath for the price of a Self Serve bath. This is a great opportunity to have someone else wash your dog, and support DFWMGRR at the same time. Join the fun and you will be entered a free drawing for a gift basket. No need to call ahead, just come by with your dirty dawg and we will take care of you.
